Bodyweight workouts don't have to be boring and low-intensity. It can be hard to find good workouts with no equipment that you can do at home. I've compiled a list of my favourite bodyweight workouts in which I have come up with. 

Cardio

  • 50 squat jumps
  • 40 lunge jumps
  • 30 situps 
  • 20 burpees
  • 10 pushups
  • 20 burpees
  • 30 situps
  • 40 lunge jumps 
  • 50 squat jumps

Legs

  • 20 side lunges
  • 15 burpee broad jump
  • 20 squat jumps

x 5 rounds

Core
